Leaning Hydrant

The busted fire hydrant outside my building later in the morning after the 5 am accident. And yes, that’s a Twix wrapper up underneath there. I always thought water would come gushing out of a hydrant if it were busted like this, but there’s another pipe inside. Interesting.
