Having Done

I’m gonna break this to you now, Squirt.

You will catch wind of many
chipmunks you will
never see.

You will catch sight of
many dogs you will
never smell.

There will be balls.

There will be ropes.

There will be bones.

And it will all be pretty brill, innit.

You will do and you will do some more.

But there is no amount of doing
that will be enough
having done.
